Victoria Digital completes acquisition of Quadriga Systems Limited and IT Hospitality and announces creation of humelab hospitality
Dreux, April 18, 2024 - Victoria Digital, a subsidiary of the humelab group, announces the acquisition of Quadriga Systems Limited and IT Hospitality, two market-leading providers of cloud-based IT solutions and infrastructure in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. With this strategic acquisition, the humelab group strengthens its position in the international hospitality sector and expands its portfolio of products and services.
Founded in 2013, humelab, a French manufacturer of digital furniture and solutions, benefits from solid expertise in the hospitality sector resulting from the successive acquisitions of Victoria Digital in 2017, Vision Media Partner in 2019, and finally Quadriga Systems Limited and IT Hospitality at the end of 2023.
To provide greater clarity and consistency in the market, these different entities are now united, within the humelab group, under a single banner: humelab hospitality. This decision reflects the humelab group's determination to broaden its footprint in the hospitality sector on an international scale, offering its customers a wider range of innovative solutions to meet the growing digital needs of this market.
