Job Description: As Sales Director for Germany, you will be tasked with developing and executing humelab hospitality's sales strategy within the German market. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with prospective and current clients, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Furthermore, you will be accountable for meeting and surpassing sales objectives established by leadership.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute an effective sales strategy for the German market.
  2. Identify and contact new prospective clients, particularly hotels and healthcare facilities.
  3. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring maximum profitability and client satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to address client needs and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  5. Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
  6. Participate in professional events and trade shows to promote humelab hospitality's products and services.

Desired Profile:

  • Proven experience in the sales of technology solutions, preferably within the hospitality or healthcare sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convince and persuade.
  • Strong results orientation, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in the German market, including its cultural and commercial nuances.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • University degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
