Job description: As Sales Manager for Spain, you will be responsible for developing and implementing humelab hospitality's sales strategy in this strategic market. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets set by management.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute an effective sales strategy for Spain.
- Identify and contact potential new customers, including hotels and healthcare facilities.
- Negotiate and conclude sales contracts, maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to meet customer needs and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Ensure regular follow-up with customers to guarantee their satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows and events to promote humelab hospitality products and services.
Profile sought:
- Proven experience in selling technology solutions, preferably in the hospitality or healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convince and persuade.
- Strong results orientation, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the Spanish market and its cultural and commercial specificities.
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English.
- University degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
