Job description: As IPTV Engineer for Germany, you will be responsible for the design, deployment and technical support of humelab hospitality IPTV solutions in the German market. You will work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs, propose appropriate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for providing high-level technical support to existing customers and contributing to the ongoing development of the company's IPTV products and services.

Responsibilities :

1. Design and deploy IPTV solutions tailored to the specific needs of customers in Germany.
2. Provide technical support and problem-solving for existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Work with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and propose innovative IPTV solutions.
4. Contribute to the ongoing development of humelab hospitality's IPTV products and services by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
5. Maintain a constant technology watch to keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in IPTV.

Profile sought:

• Previous experience in the design, deployment and technical support of IPTV solutions.
• Solid technical skills in IP networks, video broadcast systems and IPTV technologies.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of the German market and its cultural and technical specificities.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• University degree in electrical engineering, computer science or related field preferred.
